About Regina
Hi, I’m Regina! A certified female personal trainer who knows what it’s like to struggle with fitness, confidence, and consistency.
I wasn’t always in shape so I know what it's like to feel uncomfortable, unconfident, and lost. I tried diet after diet, forced myself through workouts I didn’t enjoy, and constantly felt like I was failing.
I never gave up, though.
I'm here to tell you that you don't have to go through all that awkward confusion and frustration alone. Whether your goal is fat loss, muscle building, or you just want to be generally healthy, I'll walk with you every step of the way because fitness should empower you, not scare you.
I promise there will be no fake hopes, or crash diets. But I do promise real support, real results, and some fun while we train.
