About Lou
I am a strong athlete and still playWater Polo at University. I began swimming and believe it is amazing for both mental and physical health. I believe everyone should have the access to pool safety and more so,be encourage to explain on current talent and learn more about other sports.

Creative, fun and active ! Learning new techniques and methods. I like to encourage confidence and strength within sports with personalised lessons and constructive work to battle weaknesses. As a strong swimmer who had competed in high competitions in both swimming and water polo, I come with experience and talent. Encouraging people to get in the water and have fun !
