About Vishali Padmanabh
I am a qualified yoga instructor and have been teaching carnatic classical music from last 25 years. I might not hold any relevant qualifications for stress management but I have helped out a lot of people throughout my life and I can proudly say that I have avoided many misshappenings in people's life.

I believe in being a good listener and help out people with real life experiences. And I also believe that its easier for people to connect with their respective mother tongues, so I prefer speaking to the people with their mother tongue rather than speaking in english. Iam fluent in Kannada, hindi, telugu and tulu.
