About Zyta
Hi, I’m Zyta! I’m from Hong Kong and currently in Year 12 studying A-Level Maths, Chemistry, and Physics after achieving grade A*s across all my GCSEs. Alongside my studies, I have been helping classmates and younger students with revision and homework, especially in maths and science. I have always been passionate about my studies, achieving top results (gold) competing in UKMTs and Science Olympiads. I have only just gotten out of my exams not long ago, so I remember exactly what it’s like to prepare for exams under pressure. I love helping other students feel more confident and capable, so let's ace these exams together!

I primarily tutor GCSE students in Maths, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Computer Science and Geography. My lessons are perfect for students who want to: -Strengthen their understanding of topics they find difficult -Boost their confidence before exams -Improve problem-solving and exam technique I focus on breaking down tricky concepts into simple, manageable steps. I explain topics clearly and then guide students through practice questions, enabling them to gradually build confidence. I also share exam techniques, such as how to structure answers and manage time, since success in GCSEs isn’t just about knowledge but also about applying it effectively. A standard lesson is around 1 hour, which works well for covering key topics, working through problems, and reviewing together. I can also adapt to shorter sessions (30–45 minutes) for quick revision, homework help, or focused exam practice.

Zyta was very helpful with my chemistry GCSE, making topics that I find hardest e.g. energetics and organic chemistry much easier to understand. She also focuses on how to apply knowledge on harder questions, which helped me secure the top marks. I couldn’t have gotten a 9 without her help!!!!!!!
My son has been learning chemistry from Zyta, and it's made a big difference. She explains things clearly and takes her time to make sure he understands. As far as I know Zyta socred the highest GCSE grade in most subjects. She really knows a lot including examiniation technique. She's patient, friendly, and always prepared. My son enjoys the lessons and feels more confident now. I highly recommend her as a tutor.
