About Paul
Hi! I’m Paul, an English tutor with over 4 years of teaching experience.
I started teaching because I genuinely enjoy helping people become more confident in English. Over the years, I’ve worked with students with different levels, goals, and personalities, and one thing I’ve noticed is that many people understand much more English than they think; They just don’t get enough opportunities to actually use it.
That’s what I try to change in my lessons.
I’m a relaxed and patient teacher, and I want my students to feel comfortable speaking, asking questions, and making mistakes. I don’t expect you to speak perfectly from the beginning. My job is to help you improve step by step while making the process enjoyable.
Outside of teaching, I’m a veterinary student, so I’m naturally curious and love learning about different subjects. I also enjoy video games, movies, and having conversations about pretty much anything interesting.
Whether you're learning English for work, travel, studying, or simply because you want to feel more confident speaking, I’d love to help you reach that point where English feels natural rather than something you have to constantly think about.

My lessons are focused on one thing: helping you actually use English, not just study it.
I believe the best way to improve is to spend less time memorizing endless rules and more time using English in real conversations. Whether you want to speak more confidently, improve your pronunciation, expand your vocabulary, prepare for an interview, travel, or simply feel more comfortable communicating in English, we’ll build the lessons around your goals.
A typical lesson is relaxed and conversational. We’ll start with a quick chat to get you speaking, then work on the areas that need improvement. Depending on your goals, we might practice real-life conversations, discuss interesting topics, work on pronunciation and vocabulary, or focus on specific grammar points. I’ll correct your mistakes without constantly interrupting you, and I’ll explain how to express yourself more naturally.
I also want you to feel comfortable making mistakes. You don’t need perfect English to start speaking — making mistakes is part of how you improve.
Most importantly, I don’t believe in giving every student the exact same lesson. I adapt my teaching style and materials to your level, personality, interests, and goals.
If you already know some English but feel stuck when it comes to actually speaking, my lessons are especially designed to help you make that jump from “I understand English” to “I can actually speak English.”
