I have a lot of knowledge of the human body and nutrition. Also being in school for Clinical Medical Assisting with lessons on diet, nutrition, and how each component affects the body only broadens my knowledge. I find it it is very simple to lose weight, no matter your obstacle (willpower, don't know which foods to eat, disabled and cannot exercise etc)

I wouldn't trust anyone else with weightloss! Amanda is amazing! She makes it easy and even fun to discover new recipes and meals that work for ME, it. With her methods I NEVER feel discouraged and it's more of a game than some epic battle of the "bulge".
I highly recommend Amanda. I have personally seen her go from 19 stone to 9. She is always giving me tips and advice and I find myself slimming down as well!
