About Stacy
I became interested in the sciences a decade after leaving school. I spent time in hospital and realised it was something I was good at. I enrolled in college and later university to follow my passion and am still doing so with being in my final year . I am a 36 year old female from Scotland, hard working and possibly a bit of a perfectionist! I have been lucky enough to travel the world and meet so many amazing people on my travels, which has given me a huge appreciation for multicultural life and allowed me to learn about other cultures. Mostly I just love to learn and take on new challenges. As my mum says "learn it just because". Now I feel like I'm in the best position to pass on my knowledge and having a teenage niece, I've found ways to break things down so that it's understandable!

The first lesson will be an introduction. I like to get a good idea of what students need from me, areas for improvement or which qualifications they're working towards. I like to try and make things fun and interesting and use real world examples to show why sciences are both incredibly interesting and not as difficult as they may seem. Inclusive tutor. There will be no preference or discrimination where race or ethnicity, religious views, disability or LGBTQIA+ is concerned and every student will be treated equally no matter what!

Stacy has been teaching me over the last couple of years through covid. It was a great time for me to get my teeth into learning about different sciences.
Stacy articulates her teachings in such a natural way and breaks everything down into a more digestible chunks so I can understand it better.
Someone teaching me whilst akso having patience, was something I highly looked out for and Stacy delivers in all areas.Stacy seems very engaged in the lessons and has a positive otloook on everything. Very knowledgeable and hot to know me and how I study and remember things and worked to that.
