About Rachel

Fitness coach since 2015 in group lessons and on a bodybuilding platform, I have acquired good knowledge and good practices in sports coaching. I have a good relationship with my members. In addition, I coached youth football teams during my studies and I acquired the diploma of physical trainer option physical training with the football specialty.

About the lesson

Physical preparation, getting back into shape, keeping fit, muscle building, stretching, stretching, cardio training I will adapt my sessions according to your goals and your needs, and you will propose a personalized program. The lessons take place at home or in the open air, alone or with others!
