About Antonin
I am a student at EPFL, a former triathlete in the French team. My name is Antonin Blaise and I have already given fitness / muscle building classes to a group of 10 people in France. I followed them for a whole year and because of my departure for Switzerland I had to stop (despite their requests to stay :)).

I would be able to adapt to all levels and to everyone's wishes. I will take some time with you to decide together on the desired program and then the exercises will be gradual from week to week. I will also teach you dietetics if you like. This will give you all the keys to becoming a healthier person.
