About Sophie
I have been volunteering at my local netball club teaching skills and game tactics to girls aged 11-15, allowing them to learn what is needed to be a successful netball player. I was also in my school team from year 5 to year 13 playing a number of games and tournaments.

My teaching method is both practical and theoretical. I like to demonstrate the skills that are being taught and then work with the participants until they have mastered it before using that skill in a game based situation so that they get more and more confident in a game situation
