About Anthea
I am a patient and enthusiastic speciliast teacher of dyslexia who thrives on helping my pupils make progress and achieve. I use a structured and progressive, making lessons interactive and fun. I have over 15 years of teaching exerience in secondary schools in the West Midlands.
I am a qualified teacher of geography specialising in key stage 3 to GCSE geography. I have been head of faculty, but my passion of supporting those with special educational needs succeed, led me to undertaking the speciliast teacher and assessor of dyslexia qualification and more recently the national special educational needs co-ordinator award. I am very passionate about enabling those pupils with dyslexia to reach their potential.
Qualifications:
Bsc(hons) Geography, PGCE, PGC Languages, Literacies and Dyslexia, AMBDA, APC.
