About Justi
I have 20 years of experience as a public school teacher. I have my BA's in K-12 Hearing Impaired Education and K-6 Elementary Education and MEd in K-12 Learning Disabilities, K-12 Emotional/Behavior Disabilities, and K-12 Intellectual Disabilities as well as Highly Qualified status in 6-9 Mathematics,6-9 Language Arts and 6-12 Social Studies.

I love working with kids and often allow their interests and abilities drive the instruction. Students are often asked by teachers and districts to complete tasks which they do not have the prerequisite skills to do, this means they are constantly struggling in school. NO FAIR. With proper data, tutoring, and instruction students can quickly close achievement gaps and be able to access grade level material.
As a teacher I am trained in a number of research based curriculums including Orton Gillingham.
