About Maddie
I am an Archaeology undergraduate at Cambridge who has had a longstanding interest in and therefore experience learning languages - I took AQA Spanish at GCSE and A Level after learning it independently for two years, took an extra short GCSE in Italian, completed my Level 1 in BSL, recently achieved a 2:1 grade in Akkadian at university (an ancient Mesopotamian language), and am learning some Old English with my partner in my spare time. I am keen to learn about teaching as I hope to enter the heritage sector or public communication about archaeology later in my career!

I would like to take an exam-based approach to GCSE and A-Level qualifications, working on the specific skills we identify that you require development in.
- Reading and listening exam technique and practice
- Writing exam technique (and content revision for A Level, if your texts include La Casa De Bernada Alba or Maria Llena Eres de Gracia)
- Speaking exam preparation, practice and feedback
