About Yanyfer
I’m a high school junior, active club member, and varsity cheerleader with big dreams of becoming a pediatric or NICU nurse. I love helping students grow academically because as a high school student I’ve come to the realization that strong learning skills open the door to success in everything else they do. As a native Spanish speaker, high school junior, and someone who truly enjoys working with kids. I believe it’s so valuable for children to learn more than one language, not just for school, but for life. Bilingual kids often grow up with stronger communication skills, better memory, and a deeper understanding of the world around them. I create a patient, welcoming space where kids feel encouraged to try, even if they make mistakes. My sessions are active and age-appropriate, with a mix of speaking, listening, reading, and writing — depending on your child’s level. Whether your child is just starting or already learning Spanish at school, I’d love to support their growth and help them feel proud of their progress! This work means a lot to me — it gives me purpose and experience toward the career I’m working hard to reach. I look forward to making a positive impact in every session.

I offer Spanish lessons for kids ages 4 to 12 that help them build real language skills in a fun, natural way. As a native Spanish speaker, I focus on helping young learners grow in listening, speaking, reading, and writing, while keeping lessons age-appropriate and engaging.
Lessons include conversation practice, vocabulary building, and reading/writing activities that match your child’s level. I also use interactive tools like visuals, simple games, and repetition to make learning feel fun — not like extra schoolwork.
Even with just a session or two per week, kids can start developing strong Spanish skills that support better thinking, memory, and communication. My goal is to make Spanish something they enjoy and feel confident using — without it feeling overwhelming or too serious.

Yanifer is a fantastic tutor, I recommend her to who ever. She taught my three year old how to count and how to sound his letters. My three year old can sound and separate his three letters for example : cat,bat,mom,dad etc and it was thanks to her. She really does know what she’s doing.She goes above and beyond for her students .
