About Sophie
I'm an 18-year-old who just graduated and going to Imperial next year. I've been passionate about Spanish ever since I started learning the language at school. My passion led me to improve my Spanish on my own, with many resources such as series/videos/podcasts... I also regularly travel to Spain and keep in contact with my Spanish friends, allowing me to maintain my level. I'm also fluent in French as I'm half French! I'm passionate about Spanish culture/history and would love to make my lessons fun by including conversations about these topics!

My main objective is to create an ideal environment where I tailor my lessons according to my students' needs, helping them improve their Spanish as quickly and efficiently as possible. I started learning Spanish at 12 years old and I can now say I speak fluently. As a non-native speaker, I have experienced different learning techniques and know how to go about learning a language efficiently. I am a huge Spanish enthusiast and would love to share my passion for this language with others :) I am also very patient, open-minded and can relate to my students as I was once in the same position as them. Not only was my grade in Spanish 19.7/20 throughout my two school years in a French school, but I was also chosen by my Spanish teacher to take part in the "concours général", a French selective national exam. I really can't wait to help others improve their Spanish, whether it be for upcoming exams or simply to learn one of the most beautiful languages :) I can adapt to all levels of course, from beginners to those who have an intermediate level.
