About Alejandra
I am a girl from Spain, currently doing an MA in Filmmaking at Goldsmiths University. I have been in London for 6 years, in which I have finished my A Levels, a Foundation diploma, and a BA at King's College London in Film Studies. I tutor kids, mainly GCSE level (but also below and above), going through their curriculum.
I am open to any age, and I can tailor the sessions around your needs. If there's a specific field you would be interested in developing more (eg. speaking, reading, or writing) I can prepare the sessions around that!

I first need to asses the level of Spanish of the person I am tutoring, and work with them a strategy.
I normally like to speak in Spanish for most of it (80% of the lesson min.), even if the other person replies in English.
For tailored sessions, and depending on the student's needs, I choose a topic that might be suitable for their focused interest (vocabulary, reading, writing, etc.) to work on. I might select a piece of literature (depending on their level) for them to read/prepare. Other aids might be Spanish grammar books or music.
For GSCE / A Level students, I would follow their curriculum and offer extra support. We would work around the topics they are being taught at school for most of the session, and expand for the last 20 min on other topics/resources/etc.
