SPANISH FOR WORK OR TRAVEL? Experienced native teacher gives online lessons / courses for specific purposes!

Perfect! My wife and I take Spanish lessons with Gabriela. She is an excellent teacher--patient, kind, knowledgeable, and has a great sense of when it will be helpful to point out mistakes and when it's better to let the flow of a conversation continue. She's extremely timely about scheduling and communications outside of class. She has well structured individual lessons and a syllabus that continuously builds on previous material. Her lessons include great materials like mini-quizzes, reading and listening comprehension exercises, photos, games, discussion questions, etc. She is happy to adapt the material to students' interests and needs, which has been really useful. She's very focused on helping students improve their conversational skills, and on teaching a style of Spanish that is practical and functional--not informal exactly, but more geared toward how people speak in real life than some other, more stilted or formal Spanish lessons I've had. On top of being a great teacher, she's a lovely person and we really look forward to our classes and conversations with her.
