About Luke
I am a friendly and approachable Spanish tutor who enjoys helping students build confidence in speaking and understanding the language. I love sharing Spanish and Latin American culture in an engaging way. I run a local Spanish conversation group, creating a judgement-free space for language acquisition. I am punctual, enthusiastic, and open to feedback, always adapting my lessons to suit each student’s goals and learning style.

Lesson structure depends on the level you're at, however most of my lessons will include some aspect of culture. All lessons include at least 2 new words to learn.
The lesson will have structure but we can revisit anything as you need to. I am flexible and can offer more intensive lessons if you're learning for a specific reason.
My methodology is to speak mostly in Spanish from the off; explaining concepts in English if needed. This encapsulates the student in the sounds and rhythm of Spanish.
