About Velile
I am Velile Mkize, 22 years old, still young and fresh, I'm excited to meet you and work with you. I am doing Bachelor of Education 4th year at the University of KwaZulu-Natal. As a teacher, I'm passionate about helping students grow and learn, not just academically, but also personally. I believe that education has the power to transform lives, and I'm committed to creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment that fosters curiosity, creativity, and critical thinking. I'm drawn to teaching because I love seeing students' faces light up when they understand a new concept or develop a new skill. My goal is to inspire and motivate you to reach your full potential, and I'm looking forward to getting to know each of you and working together to achieve our goals.

As an English teacher, I design my lessons to cater to different learning styles and needs, ensuring each student feels supported and challenged. I strive to create a respectful, inclusive, and stimulating lesson environment that encourages students to take risks and learn from their mistakes. By incorporating a range of activities, such as group discussions, debates, and multimedia presentations, I keep students engaged and motivated. I also provide regular, constructive feedback and assessment to help students track their progress and identify areas for improvement. My goal is to make learning relevant, enjoyable, and challenging, while fostering a love of language and literature in my students.
