I have 20+ years experience cooking. I have studied under four different chefs and have the culinary knowledge of several different varieties of cuisine. Southern Soul, Latin/Spanish, Caribbean, Asian, and Italian are just a few. I am currently in the process of opening a restaurant in New York City

I always start with asking the meals you have experience preparing. This helps me scale the level of comfort you have in a kitchen. And from there my teaching approach will be more specific to you, and your capabilities. Some people need more help then others. I always try to relate the cooking process to life. And love teaching people new cooking hacks.

Shahade is an outstanding teacher. I was introduced to through a sorority sister. I was trying to start my tech company and between some companies trying to charge me upwards of 2K, and getting the run around I was lost as to how to start. My sorority sister put me in contact with her, and let me just say she was god sent. Not only did she walk me thru step-by-step, she showed me steps to help build my business credit. Her or a member of her team contacts me every other month to check in, and make’s themselves available if I have any issues.
