About Hena
I am a sophomore biomedical engineering student at A&M. I've always loved math, and I think that even if you struggle with math now, you definitely can get better at it with some practice! I completed general chemistry and calculus-based physics at college, and I believe I have a strong foundation to begin teaching it. In my spare time, I like to bake, read, and watch Netflix!

My tutoring approach involves ensuring that you understand your topic conceptually. I aim to work to fill in the gaps of knowledge, and then work with you to apply what you know with practice problems.
Depending on the subject, I can explain concepts using analogies, charts, and diagrams. I have completed a variety of math and science courses such as algebra, calculus, diff eq, physics, and chemistry. I aim to bring empathy, relatability, and a clear, methodical communication style that helps make complex topics more approachable. I am open to work with students K-12!
