About Madeline
I am a Computer Science major at Howard University, and I'm a part of a scholarship program dedicated to helping minorities get PhDs in STEM fields. I tutor middle school students through this program and I'm on the board of the math club in my University.

I believe that most students are not bad at math, their teachers just haven't explained it in a way that makes sense. I understand what it's like to be a student, and I believe my youth makes it easier for me to relate to my students aged 2nd-12th grade.
A typical lesson from me begins with a quick exercise to see how much my student understands about the topic. Based on what I see they are struggling with, I begin to tutor the student, making sure that they fully understand the topic.
