I'm a patient and flexible with people and go with the pace and understanding level of the student. My emphasis is to strengthen the base of concepts and then building on it. My class includes recap, topic explanation, revision and doubt clarification. classes will include periodic short test as well. I take lessons for grade K to 12.

Excellent! I didn't really have the opportunity to work with Megha too much yet, so hard to review, but from the first three lessons, she was patient with the kids and gave good instructions.

Megha is very knowledgeable and explained different layers of yoga practice, including breathing exercises that I loved! The continuous practice with her has taught me so many things and I could already noticed the difference after some sessions. Would highly recommend her as your yoga instructor!
