Hello, my name is Chris! Here are some of my qualifications.
- Have been teaching programming for 8 years now!
- Used to serve as the State Computer Science Educational Development leader for a non-profit. Also helped develop high school Computer Science and Robotics Curriculums.
- Currently work as a Software Engineer at Apple
- Previously worked at Amazon, Boeing, and as a Machine Learning Scientist at Actionable.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Cal Poly SLO. Also took lots of extra Math, Physics, and Linguistics courses.
- Got an A in every CS course I've ever taken! From introductory data structures and algorithms, all the way up to graduate level machine learning and computational geometry.

Chris helped me go from a D to an A in data structures!
As a first year CS major, it is really easy to feel like you're behind. Asking questions in class can be very scary. Working with Chris didn't feel like that though. He creates a good environment for you to ask any questions you have and builds up his explanations from super basic examples!
