About Nomfundo
I am social work graduate from the University of KwaZulu-Natal. My experiences include offering case work, group work and community work methods for school children, particularly primary school. I possess good work ethics, good communication, facilitation and team work skills.

I have more than one teaching method as students or learners capabilities turn to vary. I therefore believe in teaching using methods like constructivism, behavourism and blended learning. This is because constructivism allows students to generate their own knowledge, where as behavourism helps in shaping their good behavior and blended learning helps to balance the knowledge gained in traditional classes and allows students to do school work using various multimedia platforms.
