About Zeinab
Hi, I'm Zeinab! I hold a BSc and MSc in Economics from SOAS, University of London, giving me a strong analytical foundation that translates well into teaching Business Studies — understanding markets, decision-making, and economic context is central to how businesses actually operate.
Alongside tutoring, I'm currently training in a new creative field, which keeps me curious and engaged as a learner myself — something I think matters when it comes to teaching others well. I also volunteer with an education-focused charity, so mentoring and helping people grow academically is something I care about beyond just the lessons themselves.
My teaching style is patient, structured, and genuinely tailored to how each student learns best. I take preparation seriously — every lesson is planned around your exam board and current level in advance, so our time together is always focused and purposeful rather than improvised. I believe strong results come from real understanding and the ability to apply concepts, not shortcuts, so I focus on building both knowledge and confidence.

My GCSE Business Studies lessons are designed to build genuine understanding of how businesses actually operate, not just rote-learn definitions for the exam. With a BSc and MSc in Economics from SOAS, University of London, I bring real analytical grounding to topics like business objectives, marketing, finance, operations, and the wider economic environment businesses operate within.
Each lesson is prepared in advance around your specific exam board's syllabus, so everything we cover is directly relevant to what you'll be assessed on. I focus on connecting theory to real-world business examples, since Business Studies is a subject that becomes far easier to retain once you can see how the concepts actually play out in companies and industries you recognise.
