Am Shedrack a student of FUTMINNA Telecommunication Engineering Department. Teaching has been my passion from start, likewise I have always been a fan of excellence, when I see people fail it pains me, so I decided to embrace the passion of helping others grow and the result has been tremendous.

Overtime I got to discover that everybody learning ability differs alot, so I devise a means whereby I would be able to carry everyone along while teaching. I call it the foundation approach, here I tend to Begin from the scratch and then engage the students in conversation and from their responses I know which category each student falls. With this I get an edge on how to flow with everybody.This method is visible because am also a student but love carrying others along.
