About Nnenna
As a primary two pupil, living with my grandparents and mother at the village and attending a government school, I didn't know how to speak, write, neither did I understand English language. When my mother and I eventually moved from the village to the city, it was time to switch to a private school. During registration, I was given an English textbook to read a passage and I could not. I was supposed to be in primary three, but due to my inability to read or understand the language, the school wanted to push me back to primary one. My aunty who came with my mother for the registration said I should start with the Nursery class. Luckily, one of the teachers present who happened to be the class teacher for primary two pupils, suggested that I be put in her class, instead of being pushed all the way back to primary one or Nursery. My mother bought the idea, and that was how I started in aunty Mercy's class. My mother also paid her to take me on extra classes after school, and here I am today. Now, I proofread articles for people, and I successfully graduated from Regent University College of Science and Technology, Accra as a Human Development and Psychology student. With my inability to understand English language in the past, I have over the years developed the passion, skills and experience to effectively teach the language. I create effective teaching plans, make sure I establish a friendly, warm and creative teaching atmosphere to enable my pupils understand my teachings. So far, I've effectively tutored pupils and I can say it's been an amazing journey.

I take Nursery and Lower Primary pupils through the foundation of understanding, speaking and writing English language. I've developed effective teaching methods and lesson plans to ensure that topics are well taught. I treat every child individually by first understanding their learning abilities, and mapping out ways to ensure easier understanding of the language. With a fun, encouraging, warm and creative atmosphere, I guarantee you that your child will have a better understanding of English language.
