About Taiseer
Hi, I'm Taiseer, a sixth form student studying Physics, Maths, Art and History for A-Levels. I've always been passionate about knowledge in STEM subjects and the humanities, and would love to spread that passion to others. I achieved grades 9-7 in my GCSEs and a grade A in FSMQ AS Level Additional Mathematics. I have previously had experience as a classroom assistant at a primary school. When it comes to learning, I believe in consolidation. So often, learning becomes an act of memorisation, rather than understanding. I think students should look to understand the how's and why's behind their studies, as opposed to only the what's. As a maths and physics tutor, I would look to focus on what equations really mean in physics and the proofs behind certain theorems in maths, instead of taking it at face value.
