About Albert
Hi, I’m a finance professional based in Singapore with over a decade of real-world experience in investment banking and corporate valuation. Over the years, I’ve done extensive training across the CFA, FRM, and ACCA programs, so I know these frameworks well.
I want to teach because I know exactly how tough it is to balance a demanding day job while preparing for these massive exams. I've been through the grind myself, and I know how frustrating it can be when textbooks make simple concepts sound incredibly complicated.
My goal is to share the practical shortcuts and clear methods I used to master these topics, saving you time and stress so you can pass your papers with confidence.

My teaching style is simple: I figure out exactly what you are struggling with, and we fix it together through open, easy communication. I don't do boring, rigid lectures. We just focus on what you don't understand until it clicks.
Lessons are usually 1 hour long. I mainly focus on busy working professionals who are trying to balance a demanding career while studying for tough finance or accounting exams (like the CFA, FRM, or ACCA) and feeling completely stuck.
I know that studying usually happens late at night or on weekends, so learning shouldn't stop when our hour is up. If you hit a wall while studying during the week, you can text me your questions anytime. I’ll help you solve them so you can move forward without wasting hours.
I have been private tutoring since my secondary school days, so I have years of experience explaining difficult topics. Over the years, I have taught everyone from O-Level students building their basics to Master’s in Finance students dealing with complex models. I know how to take heavy, confusing topics and explain them in a way that just makes sense.
