I have been teaching meditation practice for many years and providing spiritual guidance for those seekers who understand and appreciate that direct experience is primary as opposed to the secondary knowledge of ideas, beliefs and concepts. I speak and teach from my own direct knowledge and help others to experience that knowledge for themselves.

The first step is to arrange a free introductory consultation on Skype. That will give me the opportunity to go into greater detail about what meditation really is, what it seeks to achieve and to answer your questions. I will also ask about any practices you may have done or are doing, to give me an idea of your background knowledge as a spiritual seeker.
If after that you decide you want to learn, you will have to commit to 3 consecutive days of teaching of about 60 minutes each day on Skype which should take place in a quiet, private environment where you will not be disturbed, with access to a stable internet connection and good quality sound. This is followed by another session a week later to check and monitor the correctness of practice and the additional teaching of a mindfulness technique to complement the sitting practice.
This is a complete teaching course of around 4 hours and by the end of it you will have the confidence and knowledge to practice by yourself without the need for any other support.
You will be reassured to know that I give free, unlimited online support should you ever require it.
