About Shantanu
Two and a half year back I was introduced to YOGA. Started my journey through basic asanas and streching.Gradually acheived intermediate and advanced asanas one by one .Thought that this is all physical.But what I experienced was totally different.Yoga is away to live life and settling down of all emotions.Further I started working on my breathing Learned different aspects of pranayama. Now I want to share this Indian ancestral wisdom to everyone who is trying for betterment in life.
