About Christino
My background is in CollegeBoard's AP curriculum (designed as university-level courses used for applications to universities in the US), for which I have experience tutoring statistics for 6 months and chemistry for 1 month, as well as tutoring IB Math AA SL for 1 month. I'm currently in my first year of the direct medicine program at Monash.

I'm a flexible tutor who can adapt to students' needs. I'm willing to do 1-2 hour lessons 1-2 times a week online or in person (preferably in the evening).
My philosophy is in identifying students' weaknesses and addressing them through active learning, allowing them to articulate their thinking process and be able to recall the way they solved a type of problem when exam time comes. Overall, this method of teaching helps students not only become better at the specific subject but also become efficient in their studies and develop the critical thinking required to excel in all STEM subjects. Having taught different curricula, I'm able to adequately prepare students for different exams and pass on high-yield secondary school maths and science concepts.
