About Brayden
I am a third year secondary education student at the University of Alberta majoring in math. My approach at studying mathematics has given me a love and understanding for the subject beyond what many graduates develop. I have already been tutoring for a year now, and have helped a grade 8 student increase their confidence and ability in math.

I make elementary, middle, and high school math easier and more enjoyable to learn by focusing students on the most important details of their math courses. I review relevant definitions and equations, then start working with the student through practice questions at a pace best for them. I do not move on until the student feels comfortable with each idea, and I always give them as much time as they need to answer a question. I break things down, help students identify areas to improve, and take the anxiety right out of math studies. If you are finding the speed or complexity of material in your classroom overwhelming, I am the perfect tutor for you.
