About Caroline
I am a bright and enthusiastic teacher who enjoys developing a personalised curriculum which always meets individual needs. I use a broad range of techniques and styles to guide my students in whatever capacity they need me to. I am highly supportive and strongly believe in developing strategies that enable all students to enjoy the subjects I teach, whatever their ability. I use a student-centered approach, where the student has an active voice in the way our lessons are prepared and taught, with a focus on individual learning styles and need.

Professional teacher with over 15 years of experience teaching in a variety schools and colleges in the UK and India. I have taught a range of subjects including my subject specialism A-Level/GCSE Geography; GCSE English, History and Humanities; IB Humanities and Geography Diploma. In addition to this I have experience working with SEN and home-schooled students.
I have successfully completed the A-Level Geography course as an online tutor, supporting students through the fieldwork process, as well as preparing for their final exams in 2023.
My aim is to provide a well-structured and well differentiated learning programme which meets the individual needs of all my students. I believe in making my teaching transparent and accessible for all, as well as problem solving to ensure every student reaches their potential; whether this is supporting homework completion, home-schooling, or by improving overall understanding and attainment.
