About Dannie
I am a second-year university student, major in History, minor in Psychology with the pursuit of the future Middle year teaching. One year IELTS preparation plus two years experience of studying in a Canadian university shape my English skills. So many times I worked with International Students I gained a very strong sense of the unique way which they obtain a new language and I really understand their learning method and obstacles. For me, English becomes my other mother language since I came to Canada. I really enjoy the feeling that speaking English brings to me every time. I speak Mandarin which will attract more Chinese students to come and I believe my diversity will bring various benefits for the whole team

My teaching method is using the "good habit tip". I believe everyone has the potential to learn a new language, specifically English. We can't define ourselves as "I am not an Engish person" by rejecting facing something new, as a result of sticking to the old, passive learning habit. Therefore, I would be strict and focused on students' learning and Psychology as a whole to increase their engagement in attending my class. Students will become much more confident once they achieved the outcomes. I will be very easy-going after the strictness by bringing back the joy of learning English.
