About Callum
I have consistently been a private tutor for two years and am now at the University of West England, studying a degree specifically for secondary school maths teachers. As its great experience for me, my rate might be cheaper than many full time tutors however I can assure you I'm qualified. I have high GCSE and A-level maths grades, have been DBS checked for my course which i can provide along with references on request.

My approach varies on the topic and student/ students. Naturally creating real life situations can help with several topics at GCSE and setting out problems in a more visual, understandable way can often get the ball rolling in terms of concepts. Taking things at the right pace and looking to push students (when I think it will be beneficial for them,) is what I focus on until I can tailor the lessons more to the students needs.
