About Sophie
2nd year student at Imperial College London, studying towards a masters degree. Friendly and patient tutor, with strong problem solving skills, excellent communication and strong dedication. Achieved a 1st in my first year of my degree and was honored on the Deans list for being in the top 10% of the year. For GCSEs I have 3 level 9’s and 6A*’s and for A levels i have 3A*’s in Chemistry, Physics and Maths as well as an A in AS Further Maths.
Currently being a high achieving student makes me special, because I have a good knowledge of which methods of learning and revision are most effective, having implementing them myself, as well as being able to give valuable advice of exam technique, which I have found successful in my previous experiences of the new exams.

1 Familiarity and understanding of content
2 Recall of definitions, equations and key facts aided by creating good revision materials eg flash cards, summary sheets
3 Application of knowledge in an exam context, practice papers and problem solving questions
