About Jacob
As a second year engineering student, I know just how hard maths can be when not taught the right way. The commitment of teachers makes all the difference in growing and learning in a fun and sustainable manner. I aim to help you achieve that, taking the lessons I have been taught and learnt on my own and delivering them in a clear and concise way. With an ATAR of 92.85 and a 39 Study score in math methods with two A+'s in my final exams, I strive to help my students reach their potential.

I teach up to VCE Methods and below and achieved a 92.85 ATAR. I offer sessions of 30 minutes, 1 hour, and 2 hours. My teaching strategies include breaking down complex topics into manageable parts with relatable examples and using visual aids like diagrams and interactive tools for better understanding. I encourage practice by providing diverse problems and immediate feedback. Each session has clear objectives to ensure progress, and I foster a growth mindset by encouraging students to view challenges as learning opportunities and celebrating their progress.
