About Nicola
Hi there! I'm an experienced tutor available to teach English, History and Economics at A level (achieved A*A*A) and GCSE, and have lots of experience tutoring for 7+,11+ and 16+. I'm currently studying English Literature at Cambridge and am averaging a first.

My teaching method is very much catered to the individual. I will often set a small test at the start to assess what needs to be improved. I base lessons very closely around the exam syllabus and encourage regular exam practice so that tutees become accustomed to mark schemes to maximise their potential. I also encourage tutees to get exposed to a range of different sources for learning, from CGP textbooks to you-tube videos, to stave off boredom and improve memory.
