About Maryam
I am a Second year Dental student with a great passion for helping others achieve academic success. Having gone through GCSEs and A levels I understand the key working techniques in order to achieve those top grades. The most important attribute to doing well in exams is confidence and in my lesson I aim to motivate and reassure my student of their capabilities. I believe anyone can do well they just need a push in the right direction!

In order to achieve those higher grades in GCSE sciences, the key is Practice Exam Questions. In my lessons I focus my teaching on a solid understanding of the topic through interactive videos and explanation using mark scheme specific key terms. Each lesson is typically lasts 1 hour, including an introduction to the lesson and ending with any questions or topics the student would like to cover the following week.
I have been tutoring for science GCSE for a year now and found that students really benefitted from going through exam questions.
My lessons are aimed for students at year 10 or 11 or students working towards doing GCSEs in Biology and chemistry
