About Itisha
Tutoring can help a student’s attitudes to education by giving them a personal, human environment, but also one where they can’t hide in the crowd. One-on-one, a well-chosen tutor can generate rapport – a positive, encouraging relationship – with a student, more easily than a teacher can. But seeing a tutor, one-on-one, also reminds a student that the responsibility for their education is ultimately theirs: there’s no hiding behind classmates, parents, or excuses. In other words, a good tutor can help give a student the encouragement, resources, and discipline to become an effective and capable person.

Happy to teach online using screen sharing ad whiteboard tutorials, focusing on exam techniques and active recall testing.
Typical lessons can be between one or two hours depending on the tutee's preference. I have recently completed my A levels in Biology, Chemistry and Maths. Being a student leader at sixth form has helped build my experience in tutoring younger year groups in Science and Maths. My lessons are perfect for students that are in Years 7,8, 9 and 10 that require help in Maths. I can also provide tutoring for students in Year 12 AQA A-level Biology studying. Students of any age are welcome to learn with me :)
