My understanding of how the body works, why it becomes ill, and how to help that person regain their health, are the basis for my methodology for teaching. Health and disease are inter-related, unique and individual and have to be understood as a whole. My approach to teaching reflects this; an holistic approach, combining many disciplines, and treating the body as a mental, emotional and physical body
