About Hannah
I am a computer programming tutor with 6 years of teaching experience, working with students from school level to college. Over the years, I have successfully guided around 250 students, helping them build strong programming foundations and confidence. My teaching philosophy is simple: programming should be clear, practical, and enjoyable. I believe every student can learn to code when concepts are explained step by step with patience and real-life examples.
I focus on logic building, problem-solving, and understanding how code works, not just memorising syntax. My lessons are interactive and flexible, adjusted to each student’s pace and learning style. I regularly connect programming concepts to real applications, projects, and career paths. My teaching approach in computer programming is flexible, clear, and student-focused. I adapt lessons to each learner’s pace while keeping goals structured and practical. I teach core programming concepts along with Java fundamentals such as object-oriented programming, data structures, collections, exception handling, multithreading, file handling, JDBC, and basic framework concepts. Communication is central to my sessions, so students feel comfortable asking questions and discussing ideas. I use real-life examples and case studies to show how code is used in real applications and workplaces. Creativity is encouraged through small projects and problem-solving tasks. I hold students accountable with regular practice, feedback, and progress checks. This method builds strong logic, confidence, and job-ready programming skills.
