About Surojit
I am a Ph.D. scholar in statistics at the department of mathematics at IIT Kharagpur. Prior to that, I have an M.tech degree in Computer Sciences from IIT Kharagpur and an M.Sc degree in Mathematics from IIT Bhubaneswar.
I have 6 months of teaching experience from IEM Kolkata (Institute of Engineering and Management) apart from teaching assistant duty at IIT Kharagpur.

Teaching Techniques and Methods:
I usually start with the motivation of the topic with a real-life example (in most cases). Because I believe if you are not enough motivated then eventually you will lose interest in the topic.
After that, I try to teach from the fundamental of the topic (if the student does not know it beforehand).
I strongly believe that students must know the theory first and then use the theory to do lots of examples and my aim is the same about teaching first theory then a lots of examples I teach.
My special feature as a teacher is I believe that teaching is a two-way process: I teach them and while teaching I learn from the student and learning should be fun and enjoyable.
My classes are intended for school children, college level, adults, or I must say anyone who loves to learn Mathematics and Statistics.
