About Samad
Hello and welcome!
I’m excited to introduce myself as your potential tutor, bringing a wealth of global medical expertise and a passion for teaching to support your academic journey. With a medical degree from Newcastle University and foundation training completed in Manchester, I’ve spent the past four years immersed in emergency, sports, and wilderness medicine. My career has allowed me to work in dynamic settings around the world, enriching my perspective and skills - some of my main areas of interest include working on ultramarathons, triathlons and expeditions to remote areas.
In addition to my clinical experience, I’ve had the privilege of serving as an educational fellow, where I guided and supported numerous medical students through their training. My commitment to education was further recognized with a full scholarship to Harvard University, where I earned a Master’s in Public Health as a Knox Fellow. I've also spent time working with various organisations such as the European Space Agency, Adidas and the International Rescue Committee and would be more than happy to mentor any students interested in similar things.
Currently, I’m preparing to start an internship with the United Nations in New York later this year, and I’m thrilled to bring my diverse experience and enthusiasm to our tutoring sessions. Let’s work together to achieve your academic goals and make your learning experience truly exceptional!
