"Completing an MSc in Financial Mathematics provided the framework for my 12 years of technical tutoring. Writing clean code is often more about restraint than adding complexity.
I work with struggling students needing fundamentals, curious kids, hobbyists, exam candidates, and ambitious adults. My methodology centers on C++, Java, and Python as the primary vehicles for logic development.
We explore SQL, databases, and debugging techniques to ensure a complete understanding of the system. I also provide guidance on interview preparation and data structures for those entering the industry. Keeping a GitHub repo to track each student's progress is a core part of my process.
Data science and commerce degrees require this level of disciplined technical preparation. I enjoy seeing students transition from basic syntax to competitive programming proficiency. It remains rewarding to witness that moment when a student finally masters a complex memory management concept."
