Hello! I’m Sam, an experienced cooking instructor with a lifelong passion for creating delicious meals and teaching others the art of cooking. I’ve worked in all manner of professional kitchens — from a fine-dining pop-up restaurant in a denim factory to a Greek Cypriot food stall at Borough Market selling kid goat dishes to a family-run Italian in Oundle. I’ve learned the value of using top-quality ingredients and preparing food with care and creativity. Over the years, I’ve worked with a diverse range of students—beginners eager to learn, families looking to simplify mealtimes, and seasoned cooks aiming to refine their skills. My teaching style focuses on step-by-step guidance, clear explanations, and plenty of encouragement, ensuring that you gain the confidence to experiment and succeed in the kitchen. I specialise in teaching restaurant tips and tricks to simplify meal prep and make delicious home cooking easy. I focus on classic British, Italian, Indian and Thai food but also love bringing in other world flavours and ingredients you might not be familiar with.
