About Lerotholi
I have been in the Education Sector for exactly two years and a month, during this workplace entry phase I executed and produced positive results, through effective planning and exemplary organizational skills, this led me to successfully implement and complete successful organizational projects that were in line with independent education and governments shared goals to provision affordable education and skills development for low income and impoverished communities seeking education and skills.
In my former role as an Intern under the Directorate of Talent management and pipeline projects, at the Gauteng City Region Academy (GCRA). I exercised a methodical approach in
solving problems and making critical decisions independently while I considered collective effort and learning every day from superiors and fellow employees. After the contract expired at the Gauteng Department of Education, I have been working as
an Educator Assistant teaching Economic Management Science at a High School in Meyerton South Africa, for 9 months teaching Grade 8 and 9, furthermore I have been to China to teach English as a Foreign Language, the contract was discontinued after 4 months because of the Covid-19 virus, the employer was a private education institution and had to cancel my contract because of inadequate funds to pay salaries and uncertainty on when the virus will end.
I am currently employed as a research assistant at the Department of Infrastructure Development, conducting research on infrastructure projects and risk assessments. Moreover, my highly developed Research skills, Teaching skills, Communication skills, Analyzing and Problem-solving abilities will contribute significantly and continue to support your organisational efforts and goals, additionally my strengths and qualifications are valuable and ideal to the requirements of teaching online and applying different teaching methods and approaches to make the lesson interesting.
