About Holly
Hi there! I'm a second year in the University of Cambridge studying religion, philosophy, and ethics.
My academic strengths are in the following fields (GCSE and A Level):

I have tutored in A Level philosophy, ethics, and religion online since October 2020, and have seen tangible improvements in their grades (from C/B's to A/A*'s). I teach content and exam preparation.
I have also worked with KS2 and KS3 pupils across a variety of short and long term projects.
I have extensive experience in (Cambridge) university access including: personal statement workshops, interview preparation, study skills and revision advice, and general application advice.
My approach to teaching is thorough and prepared; I spend a lot of time before each session preparing thorough and accessible content. One of my highest priorities for sessions (one off or regular) is communcation. Identifying long term goals, setting and marking 'homework' tasks, and open lesson planning are all very important to my teaching style.
I am always open to adjusting/accomodating tutoring styles in line with the students' strengths. Working on more than one topic or skill across sessions is also something I'm happy to do.
I keep my price per hour as low as possible and have very flexible hours.
I am happy to work with students with ADHD (I have it myself and have learnt to work with it to excel in education).
